I always leave these shows happy, often with my favorite hauls in tow. I also leave these shows with much less money, but that’s a personal problem.

I have been a passionate collector of various items since childhood, whether it’s Pokémon cards, Anime merch, art works, autographs, books, DVDs/Blu-rays, Funko Pops – the list is endless.
From the many Collector’s Vault shows that I’ve attended throughout the Chicagoland area, I’ve never had a suboptimal experience. There’s always something to do and there’s always some sort of stimulus that catches my attention.
Basically, I always leave these shows happy, often with my favorite hauls in tow. I also leave these shows with much less money, but that’s a personal problem.
All that to say: if there is anything that you feel you might need to collect, Collector’s Vault will have it for you. I can vouch for that.
But let’s talk specifically about Pokémon Cards for a little bit, not only because I have a strong relationship with them, but mostly just because I want to.
I am (almost concerningly) obsessed with collecting Pokémon Cards.
As an example of my commitment to this hobby, just from the previous show (07/11), I made it a goal of mine to pick up several Pokémon Simplified Chinese Exclusive Illustration Rare Cards.
Simplified Chinese cards have been all the rage lately and vendors with those exclusive cards were very few and far between. But, as I mentioned, Collector’s Vault was relentless in getting a variety of vendors with different niches to accommodate my needs… or rather, my wants.

The 06/07 show prior to that was arguably more of a success – as a collector who is also dedicated to Full Art Trainer Cards (been collecting them since 2021), I managed to walk out of the show with the two cards from Chaos Rising, the latest set at the time, that I SPECIFICALLY sought out when I walked the show floor:
I always make sure to set a goal before every show, and it makes me feel rightfully accomplished to achieve that goal by show’s end.
Hopefully, this gives you a brief glimpse into my interests and hobbies.
I’m relentlessly dedicated to my craft.
I’m like Batman, only less moody and I collect children’s toys instead of fighting goons.
